Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role is in our Fixed networks team, our team is responsible for providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks across the Group. Want to come and be a part of it?
What will you be doing?
You’ll play a key role distributing non-compliance notices, issuing cost charges, and resolving supplier disputes using your knowledge of legislation. Your responsibilities will include validating and forecasting charges, managing the shared inbox, and developing supplier performance dashboards. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and highway authorities to ensure accuracy and compliance, and take an active role in mitigating Section 74 charges. From generating reports and attending stakeholder meetings to driving effective dispute resolution, you’ll help deliver results and keep our operations running smoothly.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with experience in Streetworks coordination, ideally within telecoms or utilities. You’ll know your way around FPNs, Section 74/72, and defect management, with a solid grasp of CoP and Red Book standards. Strong communication, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks are essential, as is confidence liaising with internal teams, authorities and subcontractors. Critical thinking, practical problem-solving, and proficiency with relevant Streetworks software are all important—telecoms infrastructure knowledge is a bonus.
