    Where will you be working?

    As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

    This role is in our Marketing Communications department, our Marketing Communications team creates and shares key content and materials to inform and engage both existing and new clients, as well as keeping our people informed about what’s happening across our Group.

    What will you be doing?

    You’ll produce and deliver clear, brand‑aligned marketing and communications content across multiple channels. This includes drafting, quality‑assuring and scheduling copy that supports our Group narrative.

    Supporting with creating engaging content for a range of audiences — from intranet and web to media, internal updates and leadership briefings — while working with stakeholders to identify and share relevant stories.

    Working alongside the press office by monitoring media activity, responding to enquiries and helping develop proactive PR plans. You’ll also champion our brand standards and spot reputational risks and opportunities.

    You’ll track and report on communication performance, using insights to drive improvements. As a subject matter expert, you’ll guide stakeholders and represent the Corporate Communications team at key events and forums.
