Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
Are you ready to lead major water infrastructure projects? As our Framework Manager, you’ll take full ownership of Design & Build delivery across Thames Water Capital Lots in South London. Reporting to the Contracts Director, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Your role goes beyond delivery – you’ll drive growth by securing new work on Lots 6 and 2, while building strong client and supply chain relationships that reflect M Group values. You’ll mentor Project Managers and site teams, creating high-performing teams and supporting individual development.
From tender through to handover, you’ll manage risk across health, safety, environment, quality, commercial, and programme performance. You’ll lead bids, oversee governance, and ensure compliance with Thames Water and statutory standards.

What you’ll bring
We need an experienced Framework Manager with a track record of delivering multi-million-pound utility projects on a Design & Build basis. You’ll have strong knowledge of NEC4 (Options A, C, E) and IChemE contracts, plus experience using Primavera P6. A relevant HND/Degree, SMSTS, CSCS, and a valid UK driving licence are essential. Leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills are key, with chartered membership and EUSR/Thames Water Passport desirable.
