    Where will you be working?

    As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

    This role is in our People Services department supporting our Early Careers team, who are responsible for bringing on board the best talent through apprenticeships and graduate opportunities.

    What will you be doing?

    Join us in shaping the future of talent at M Group. As the key contact for early careers employees and their managers, you'll provide invaluable support, guidance, and mentorship, ensuring a positive and enriching experience.

    You'll work closely with Early Careers Managers on recruitment, onboarding, and induction, while also managing apprentice enrolment with efficiency and care.

    Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with colleges and universities, tracking learner progress, and promptly addressing any challenges.

    From coordinating careers events to organizing assessment centres and development activities, you'll help us attract and nurture top talent. If you're passionate about supporting early career professionals and driving their success, we’d love to hear from you!

    What you’ll bring:

    • A genuine enthusiasm for helping others grow and succeed
    • Effective organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels
    • Willingness to travel throughout the UK as needed to support various activities and events.
    • Previous experience in Early Careers, HR, L&D or education (desirable)
    • Knowledge of apprenticeship funding and standards (desirable)
