Where will you be working? 

At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.

You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What you'll be doing

•  You'll be supporting the Operations team with admin tasks
• You'll own procurement and ordering of materials and working with the store person tracking of goods receipted
• You'll assist with data capture of Monthly Cost, value and WIP
• You'll update works completed onto Works Management systems, and asssist with billing and reporting on these works.
• You'll be tracking and logging call out emergency works on the road networks.
• You'll be involved with processing timesheets.
• You'll need strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You'll need to be confident using a range of software and systems (including MS Office).
• You'll have time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
• You'll be working in a team, and be able to take direction from others
• You'll be required to attend meetings and take notes and prepare D&A logs and update
• You'll be problem solving and the ability & opportunity to come up with creative solutions
