    Where will you be working? 

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.  

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.  

    You'll be working within mobile networks, where we keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

    As our Business Systems Manager, you'll play a key role in driving digital transformation across the business, ensuring our systems, processes and data enable operational excellence and support future growth. Working with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll shape system strategy, deliver innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement, helping the business work smarter and make more informed decisions.

    Ideally based from our West Byfleet office, we're flexible for the right candidate. This is an exciting opportunity to influence business-wide change, lead strategic initiatives and make a lasting impact within one of the UK's leading infrastructure services businesses.

    What will you be doing?

    • You'll lead the development and delivery of the business systems strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
    • You'll oversee the implementation, integration and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems.
    • You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that drive business value.
    • You'll identify opportunities for automation, innovation and process improvement across the organisation.
    • You'll drive system adoption through effective training, support and change management initiatives.
    • You'll leverage data and reporting to provide meaningful insights that support business decision-making.
    • You'll lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
