Whatever stage you’re at in your career, with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

    Where will you be working?

Through effective planning and execution, you will help create a connected and collaborative colleague community across the division.

Working closely with senior leaders, People teams and operational stakeholders, you will identify opportunities where communications can add the greatest value, providing expert advice and developing communications plans that support both divisional and Group-wide objectives.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging campaigns, leadership communications, colleague engagement initiatives and internal events. You'll also support key change programmes, ensuring colleagues are informed, engaged and supported throughout periods of transformation.

Alongside internal communications delivery, you will create compelling colleague stories, case studies and business success stories that showcase the division's achievements, support employer brand activity and contribute to wider communications across M Group.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Proven internal communications experience.
    • Successful campaign delivery with measurable impact.
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
