Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What you’ll be doing
As a Field Manager in Smart Metering Operations, you’ll manage day-to-day field activities, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme, quality, and SHEQ standards. You’ll lead Smart Metering Operatives, driving performance while promoting a strong safety culture and exceptional customer service. Through coaching, one-to-ones, and team briefings, you’ll support your team to achieve productivity and compliance goals. Monitoring performance and addressing issues promptly, you’ll ensure company policies and procedures are met. You’ll also champion SHEQ by conducting site visits, audits, and field observations, maintaining the highest standards across all operations.
