    Where you’ll be working?

    We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

    This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

    What you’ll be doing?

     You'll be responsible for collating and validating the documentation needed to secure Take Over Certificates from Thames Water, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • You'll be reviewing submissions to confirm that all designs have been fully constructed in line with project specifications, providing clear evidence to support approvals.

  • You'll be checking documentation against required quality standards, helping to maintain compliance and minimise delays throughout the handover process.

  • You'll be working closely with Site Managers and project teams to improve the quality and accuracy of submissions, offering support and guidance where needed.

  • You'll be proactively identifying any missing documentation and coordinating with the relevant teams to ensure information is obtained and issues are resolved quickly.

  • You'll be supporting the achievement of data capture targets by ensuring project information is recorded accurately and maintained to a high standard.

  • You'll be collating and publishing construction packs and key project documents through the mobile platform, ensuring field teams have access to the latest information when they need it.

    • Do you have the ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a disciplined manner, and consistently deliver accurate documentation within deadlines?

    • Do you have strong collaborative skills and experience working closely with clients, stakeholders, and operational teams to achieve shared goals?

    • Do you have experience building effective working relationships and communicating with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery?
