We deliver full
network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Private networks- We find the best
technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we
keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and
maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What
will you be doing?
- Champion a zero-harm safety culture, ensuring safe working practices, risk assessments, lone working requirements and SHEQ standards are followed at all times.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of electricians, ensuring training, accreditations and competencies remain up to date.
- Conduct regular site audits, investigate incidents and implement lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage electrical assets and equipment, ensuring all tools, PPE, testing equipment, PAT testing and calibration requirements are maintained.
- Work closely with Delivery, Project, Resourcing and Field Management teams to ensure work is planned effectively and delivered safely, on time and to the required standards.
- Monitor team performance, address delivery challenges and implement improvement plans where required.
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and internal teams, providing regular reporting and operational updates.
- Lead weekly team meetings, drive business improvement initiatives and support organisational change programmes.
- Ensure project documentation, job packs, systems and compliance records are maintained in line with business and client requirements.
- Spend approximately 10% of your time undertaking hands-on electrical work, including installation, commissioning, testing, certification, maintenance, troubleshooting, site surveys and RAMS preparation across telecoms, data centre and substation environments.
What you’ll
bring?
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, industry standards and fault-finding techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong IT literacy and analytical problem-solving ability.
- Full UK Driving Licence and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Engineering.
- Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, City & Guilds 2391-52 (or 2394/2395 equivalent), ECS Card, AM2 and IOSH Working Safely certification.
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification preferred.
- Proven supervisory or management experience within the telecoms industry.
- Strong DC power systems experience and previous Qualified Supervisor (QS) responsibility.
- Experience using industry-standard electrical testing equipment and working in safety-first environments.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home as per business needs.
