You’ll be joining Cyro Cyber, part of MGroup, a specialist cyber security consultancy founded in 2021 to help public sector and financial organisations protect their Critical Digital Infrastructure. While Cyro Cyber has grown in size, reach and expertise, its core purpose remains the same: delivering trusted, independent cyber security advice and services to keep clients safe in an ever-evolving threat landscape.

What will you be doing?
As a Senior OT Security Compliance Consultant, you'll help organisations strengthen the security and resilience of their operational technology (OT) and industrial control environments. You'll lead assessments against industry-recognised frameworks, including IEC 62443 and NIST standards, identifying compliance gaps, security risks, and opportunities for improvement. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll evaluate industrial processes and systems, conduct risk assessments, gather and review evidence, and provide clear recommendations to enhance security maturity. You'll manage assessment activities from planning through to reporting, ensuring high-quality delivery and meaningful outcomes for clients. In addition, you'll contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and reporting approaches, while staying up to date with evolving industrial cyber security regulations, standards, and best practices to help shape future service offerings.
What you’ll bring:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Proven cyber security GRC, audit, risk or assurance experience within OT/IACS, industrial or Critical National Infrastructure environments.
- Practical experience assessing organisations IEC 62443 suite of standards or other relevant security standards.
- Experience in structured evidence gathering, stakeholder interviewing, finding development and report writing.
- Experience of conducting high – and low-level risk assessment skills on existing and new IACS systems.
- The ability to identify control gaps, prioritised proportionate and achievable remediation actions.
- Understand the differences between security in IT and OT systems
- Ability to plan and deliver complex work packages autonomously under general direction and to guide or review the work of other consultants.
- High attention to detail, evidence traceability, consistency and quality.
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (successful appointment will be subject to being granted Security Clearance).
