    What will you be doing?

    This 24-month programme will develop your practical, technical and soft-skills. On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will gain a Construction Site Supervisor Level 4 qualification and a permanent, long-term career with M Group!

    • You’ll learn both industry and safety regulations, business policies & procedures, how to conduct safety briefings, and ensuring compliance with health and safety practices.
    • You’ll learn how to monitor the quality of work, conducting audits/inspections, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards. 
    • You’ll work closely with highway inspectors, traffic management, supervisors and client teams You’ll liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders, preparing site reports, and maintaining records.
    • We’ll teach how to motivate and supervise direct labour and subcontractors, resolving conflicts, and ensuring efficient teamwork.
    • You’ll learn how to identify and resolve issues that arise during the project, adjusting plans as needed, and ensuring the project stays on track.
    • Safety is our licence to operate! You’ll champion health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.

    What you’ll bring

    • Five GCSEs at Grade C or higher including Maths and English or a Level 2 apprenticeship in a construction or property related discipline AND Level 3 qualification in relevant subject i.e. A Level DD, BTEC National Diploma PPP, Access to HE Diploma with 21 Merits or equivalent
    • Valid UK/EU driving licence.
    • Effective communication skills
    • Keen to learn with an interest in development and progression
