    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    You’ll be working within Private networks where we find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

    We’re growing and are excited to offer several full-time, permanent opportunities within our Network Operations Centre (NOC) based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

    We have a number of positions available across the team, with a variety of shift patterns to suit different preferences, including:

    • Monday to Friday office hours
    • Two weeks Monday to Friday office hours, followed by one week on-call
    • 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off rotation

     

    What you’ll be doing

    Our teams play a vital role in supporting customers from issue receipt through to resolution, ensuring service levels are maintained and network operations run smoothly.

    Key responsibilities include monitoring systems, managing customer tickets, updating stakeholders, prioritising faults, coordinating engineers and suppliers, tracking tasks, supporting planned maintenance activities, and producing operational reports.

    You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same and where you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills within a growing telecommunications business.

     

    Recruitment Process

    As we have multiple vacancies available, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre on Friday 23rd October at our St Ives office.

    The assessment will include:

    • A written exercise
    • An individual interview with one of our hiring managers

    This will also be a great opportunity to meet members of the team, learn more about the different roles available, and gain a deeper understanding of M Group and the work we do.

    If you are shortlisted, you will receive an email invitation asking you to confirm your availability to attend.
