    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support provision, repair / maintenance and operation of existing networks.

    What will you be doing?

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead our fixed service operations. This is a key leadership role that ensures reliable service for homes and businesses. You will manage teams that deliver and maintain networks, making sure customers receive the highest quality service.

    You will oversee all field activities, including service activation and fault repair. You will guide in-house teams and contractors to work safely and efficiently. You will make sure our network assets are maintained to the right standards and meet all regulations.

    You will manage budgets and control costs for maintenance and resources. You will look for ways to improve processes and reduce delays. You will use planning tools to make sure technicians are scheduled well and customer issues are resolved quickly.

    We need someone who understands large-scale networks and field operations. You will be a strategic thinker who can lead teams and make decisions that improve service and reduce costs. You will care about safety, quality, and customer experience.

    You are skilled at delivering excellent customer service, even in fast-paced and high-volume environments. You understand the demands of field-based work and know how to lead large scale teams who work across multiple locations. You manage people with care, helping them stay motivated and productive each day. Meeting daily targets is second nature to you, and you hold yourself and your team accountable for reaching KPIs. Safety always comes first in your mind—your approach to work and leadership reflects this at all times. Your experience shows you can support your team to perform at their best while always making sure our people and customers are kept safe.
