    Where will you be working? 

    At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

    This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions. 

    What will you be doing?
     
    As Change Manager, you’ll guide the full change process—from identifying and assessing impacts to gaining approvals and ensuring smooth implementation.

    Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and client representatives, you’ll make sure every change is clearly communicated and well understood.

    You’ll evaluate how changes affect scope, schedule, cost, and quality, sharing insights with the Project Director and senior stakeholders.

    By keeping accurate records, preparing clear reports, and ensuring compliance with governance and regulations, you’ll help projects run seamlessly.

    You’ll also spot opportunities to refine processes, embedding best practices that make change management more effective and collaborative.

    What you'll bring:

    Lead the full change management process, from identification and impact assessment to approval and implementation
    Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure changes are clearly communicated and understood
    Assess impacts on scope, schedule, cost, and quality, sharing findings with the Project Director and senior stakeholders
    Keep accurate records of change requests, decisions, and outcomes, providing clear reports and dashboards
    Ensure compliance with governance, contracts, and regulations while driving improvements and best practices
