Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. This role will be within our Developer services- our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.

What will you be doing?
You'll support our Network Leakage contract field teams within South-West Water. The role will include supporting and developing new and upskilling existing field technicians and engineers within a specific area.
You'll have the required technical skills, utilising tried and tested methodologies and equipment, while keeping up to date with new innovations and technologies.
With a proven track record in leakage and a commitment to engage, motivate, coach and mentor field staff of various levels, skills, and experience.
What you’ll bring
- Do you have a good understanding of the water network?
- Do you hold a valid EUSR water hygiene card?
- Are you holding a current NRSWA Unit 2 and 10 accreditation?
- Proven track record in surveying the network, pinpointing, and promoting leaks
- Are you IOSH Supervising Safely/Managing Safely qualified?
- Are you first aid qualified?
