    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    This role will be within our Private networks. We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.
     
    What will you be doing? 

    As a Project Coordinator you’ll provide dedicated administrative and coordination assistance to project and programme managers within the delivery team. You’ll focus on streamlining processes, managing documentation, facilitating communication, supporting finance activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of project and programme activities, allowing delivery managers to focus on strategic execution.

    This role is primarily remote, with occasional team workshops / face to face meetings

    What you'll bring?
    • You’ll have proven experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably within a project/programme environment.
    • You’ll have great organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
    • We’ll need you to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,etc). 
    • You’ll have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • You’ll have knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
    • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation).
