We are looking to offer a Training Coordinator the opportunity to join our expanding TrainWithUs team based remotely.
About the team
TrainWithUs is a central shared service centre our primary focus is ensure our people hold the correct skills and qualifications to perform their roles safely and efficiently. Currently, there are 20 people in the team, in various roles from Administrators, Coordinators, Team Leaders and a Manager.
We pride ourselves on delivering the best service to our customers and uses systems to ensure we deliver consistent results. About the role
We are looking for a new Training Coordinator to join our team, this opening is due to a recent internal promotion.
To get you started you would embark on a 6-week training programme, where you would be guided through our systems and processes, enabling you to learn as you go. Following on from this you would be provided with continual support from your manager and peers, as we believe this is best to way to learn.
Your primary role will be to deliver exceptional customer service, by ensuring that training compliance is achieved and maintained, you will be required to build strong working relationships with your clients and suppliers, and to be a collaborative team member.

As the Training Coordinator, you’ll get the opportunity to:
- Proactively pursue your stakeholders to make them aware of training needs and expirations dates and course availability to encourage take up and increase compliance.
- Build relationships with our customers based on trust and mutual respect.
- Plan & coordinate training courses and events and accurately record on Competency Cloud. Ensuring Joining Instructions are issued to the delegates in advance of the course.
- Be commercially aware, using the right provider, which offers the best return on our investment.
- Consult with Training providers both external and Internal to ensure that the delegates have a seamless experience.
- Follow up on any complaints received from our customers and if unable to resolve escalate to Team Leader.
- Ensure that training attendance is proactively pursued, and updated, certification is created where needed and associated purchase orders are amended and receipted, as needed.
- Effectively support the Requisitions PBI report, to ensure that suppliers are being paid on time, and consult with accounts to address any payment issues.
What you’ll bring?
- Minimum of 1 year's training experience, gained within, construction, civils or multi-utility background
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, while keeping a keen eye for detail
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events
- Good organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Knowledge of learning management systems
- Forward thinking, looking for new and innovative ways to improve our services and processes
- Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks to meet SLAs
- Confident in interpreting data and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- As this role is based fully remotely, you’ll need a high-speed internet connection along with a suitable desk and chair
